Hi,

I'm starting a new Community-Project, which highly relies on a decent gallery.
From what I read, I think SMF Gallery Pro would fit the job ... but I'd rather ask before buying. 

Ok, so here's what I am trying to do:
• Have a gallery with different categories.
• In each category there are different user albums.
• Each user album has many pictures - no thumbnailes! - direct pictures with description.
• So ... actually I want a gallery of user albums. Not single pictures, but albums.

More details:
• One of the gallery categories is non-user-editable. It features the "staff's favourite albums".
• This category pulls out user albums from the other categories.
• Then I also need a category based on rating. (Best rated albums).

Do you think SMF Gallery Pro is able to help me with this?
Here's an example website - which is almost exactly what I'm trying to do: http://www.minhembio.com/galleri
(Swedish home theater website - should be self explicable (the gallery) - you click on a pic and it takes you to a user album)

The only two things that Gallery Pro does not support from the above list

Each user album has many pictures - no thumbnailes! - direct pictures with description.

The gallery is based on categories and each category has thumbnails when clicked take to a larger image

This category pulls out user albums from the other categories.

This does not also work since each category only shows the images under that category.

Hmm ... ok, thanks for the reply. 
Maybe direct pictures (without thumbs) in a future release?

Oh, and another question:
Can I configure SMF Gallery Pro in a way that it will show preview thumbs of the user albums?
I mean, on the main gallery index - preview thumbs instead of folders of the user albums?

EDIT:
One last question - about the commenting system.
Supposed I have a category of user albums. Then I click on the user album and a bunch of thumbnails come up.
Can comments be only for the complete album or is this commenting on a "pic-by-pic" basis?

All the above are not currently supported.These are a lot of custom requests and I do not see them be added to the gallery any time soon.
