{SOLVED!}Duplicate Entry

I just installed the 1.0.5 and the upgrade seemed to go fine
however when i tried to upload, i got this error
and the same thing when i tried to delete the download.

Duplicate entry '1' for key 'PRIMARY'
File: /home/XXXXX/public_html/math/forum/Sources/Downloads2.php
Line: 4442

the actual file uploaded correctly and can be downloaded, so that is fine. But there is no way to delete the download now

any idea on how to fix this

you know i just read that post just before my own problem came up and it didnt even click to go back and reread it. Sometimes i think i leave my brain somewhere and function days at a time without it.
