How to make action=downloads default home page?

I want to make it so when people go to http://ApplianceWiki.com it takes them to the http://appliancewiki.com/index.php?action=downloads page.

What is the best way to go about doing that?

just add a redirect in your htaccess file for the page they hit and to the page you want them to go
