I've installed this hack and someone has tried to leave feedback for someone, but he gets this error:

You are not allowed to submit feedback.

Check permissions for that member group. You need to make sure they are allowed to submit feedback.

Thank you very much for that prompt response.  I've given permission to "regular members".  It doesn't look like it's possible to give permission only to those who have made XX number of posts.  Is that right?  That would be a nice feature if you're able to implement that without too much trouble.

If you are using post based groups then you can give permission to the group that has the post requirement higher then XX.
