Hello SMFHacks,

We have an error in one of our downloadable products in the store. I think this is not a Store issue but we can't find the problem. Please see the attached image.

What could be the problem?
The name of the product is: Noël

It is probably due to ë in the product name which is not part of the US character set.
To fix that we need to add a characterset option

We changed the 'ë' into 'e' and all is working fine.
