Recently stopped working, either after last upgrade or after I added the Esintiler theme to SMF.  On adding Sub category, gives the following error:

Unknown column 'C.redirect' in 'where clause'
File: /home/www/aadaa.asn.au/forum/Sources/Gallery.php
Line: 370

Known issue fixed for SMF Gallery 3

Quick fix
Open Gallery.php
Find
C.redirect
Change to
c.redirect
