Hello SMF hacks,

Some of our members see an error when submitting there email address for a maillist. When I click (submit) it as admin or a regular member I don't see this error. this is what they see:

Code:
The website cannot display the page
 HTTP 500
   Most likely causes:
•The website is under maintenance.
•The website has a programming error.

   What you can try:
     Refresh the page.

Go back to the previous page.

     More information

I'm using the script which is created by NewsletterPro

So, I can add myself to the maillist as admin or as regular member without any problem.

Thanks for your answer!

Vincent

Hello mr SMFHacks,

I know this is a strange problem and probably not a NewsletterPro issue but do you have an idea what could case this error at some of the members?

Thanks for your answer,
Vincent.

Need more information. A link to signup page. What browser the member was using and the email address they were trying to enter.
