one message must createing welcomeboard...
message content is Welcome...
example ;
Topic : Welcome Arbalot
Message : Welcome to our board Arbalot...
we hope u passed funny time Cheesy

we add hidden text input to register.template.php and input values='Welcome to Our Board'
