[Mod] Download System: permissions don't match (bug?)

First of all: thank you for making this available!

Eirther I'm doing something wrong or I might have found a bug? I installed SMF 1.1.11 and Downloads System 1.2.7. Now I can see two ways of changing permissions
1) Admin > Downloads Configuration (below Configuration) > Category Permissions: this shows a 'Category Permissions List' where I allowed my 'special member group' 'View' permissions.
2) Admin > Permissions (below Members) > Permissions by Membergroup: here I have my 'special member group' where I can Modify permissions. There 'View Downloads' is disabled.

Result: members of 'special member group' get the message
An Error Has Occurred!
You are not allowed to view the Downloads

Did I do something wrong or is this a bug as permissions for the same group are allowed to 'not be the same'?

Do they have more than one membergroup? Or is this their primary group

At "Regular groups" the following groups are shown:
- Administrator
- Global Moderator
- Moderator
- Special group - made this one myself

This member is only shown in the group "Special group".
