Simple Question Concerning the Menus

Greetings.  I recently installed and learned on the fly about smf.  I havent quite gotten php down yet and I need some help.  I have SMF Gallery Pro purchased and installed with everything working.  I also have SMF Media Gallery and it too is installed with everything working correctly.  I have an issue that my very limited experience in php will not allow me to figure out (even after scrubbing posts for a very long time).

On the menu tabs the names for both the media pro and the media gallery are the same: Gallery.  I would simply like one to be named Pictures and one to be named Video. 

Also, is it easy to change the order of the tabs?  If so how?

Once changed, if I applied a different template would the changes stay or would I have to edit the script in the new theme file?

Any help would be appreciated!!!

For SMF 1.1.x it will require an edit to each theme's index.template.php for the ordering. For each theme it is somewhat similar but most of the themes are coded differently on how they handle the menus.

With SMF 2.0.x menus are stored in one file for all themes which makes editing a little easier.

For SMF 1.1.x If you attach your index.template.php we can make the change for the ordering/text

If you want to edit the language. SMF Gallery Pro inserts the menu text inside themes/default/languages/modifications.english.php

I appreciate the offer for help but I have to do it myself if I am to learn this.   Seriously, thanks (and also for the fast reply).
In the default theme for SMF 1.1.11 in order to simply change the name of the tab, could you direct on where and what I would edit?

To change the name of the tab you would edit
themes/default/languages/modifications.english.php
Search for Gallery and change it to what you want the tab to say.
