Pretty URL's with EzPortal and SMF Articles

Can you tell me if Pretty URL's are supposed to work with EzPortal and SMF Articles, and if so, how to activate them.

I have Pretty URLS working on the rest of the SMF site.

Should be ok. I use Pretty Urls on Ezportal.com.  I disabled the rewriting of actions though found it doesn't make a difference and breaks mods.
