Question about Copyright Link Removal

I understand that there is a $50 fee to remove the link, but I have a question.  If I upgrade my lite version to pro for $50, will the link automatically be removed, or is that an EXTRA $50?

After purchasing the copyright removal is their a script you run that remove the branding??  will it also remove the branding on other mods??  eg: SMF Links, Trader, etc?

I don't mind it so much except it can be confusing to users, who may click there and suddenly find themselves offsite. Is it permissable to rename it, e.g., "SMF Gallery - outside link" or something similar?

Hope you don't mind me saying, but it would be awfully nice if this was included in the purchase of Gallery Pro...
