It appears that due to changes in the RC4 template structure both the Downloads and Gallery mod have problems with how they display.

Title bars aren't displaying properly, buttons aren't rendering correctly, etc.

This is happening on a fresh install of RC4 with the gallery mod or download mod being the only thing installed.

I am aware of rounded corners are gone on the leftside on single column tables.

That's IE8, but I get the same problems in Firefox 3.6.

Fixed the button issues in Downloads Pro
 2.0.2
!Fixed some button layout issues in IE8 and FF 3.6 for SMF 2.0

If there is any other product like gallery/classifieds that has the button issue let me know.

Otherwise for rounded corners will deal with those later.

Gallery also has issues. I'll take screen shots and post them in the appropriate forum.

I no longer user classified so I can't comment on that.
