Hi,
I need Newsletter Pro for my big board, i knew i could never send all the Newsletters at once due to my massive membership 173k.

1. Is it possible to setup a cronjob so as to send the Newsletters periodically?
2. Will it conflit with "Auto Email Inactive Ordinary Users" installed in my forum?

Thanks.

If you are using SMF 1.1.x I am not sure how well it will work. This mod adds features to the existing newsletter system of SMF.
In SMF 2.0 there is mail queue system to send out email which might help with the large amount of members.

We use cronjobs only for sending scheduled mailings that are scheduled ahead of times.

Don't have anything that would support that. The problem with SMF 1.1.x is all the emails are added to a textbox which makes it not work well with large amount of members

Don't do know of any other smf based one. You would have to look at third party newsletter scripts that are standalone.
