I have a major problem. My users are reporting that all zip files that were uploaded to my server using the 1.x version of this mod can no longer be downloaded because the files are corrupt upon opening. This does not happen for zips uploaded using 2.x version of the mod, or not non-zip files uploaded using 1.x version.
Any ideas?

Do you happen to have an original zip not corrupted and the same file that is corrupted.

I got a file corruption error on both madameaether_DreamersDay.zip and from the link

If you are talking about MadameAether_Dreamers_Day_patches.zip vs madameaether__DreamersDay.zip those are two different files with different data did a hex comparison.

MadameAether_Dreamers_Day_patches.zip was the original file uploaded to my site (which previously worked).
madameaether__DreamersDay.zip is the file that is being downloaded from the site now.

is there place on your site that uses MadameAether_Dreamers_Day_patches.zip for download that is corrupt? I want the link from the download system
The MadameAether_Dreamers_Day_patches.zip opens fine.

No. It was uploaded as madameaether__DreamersDay.zip to the server.
I'll have to scour my old computer to see if I have other files.

I haven't been able to locate the files on my old computer yet.
Do you have any further ideas on this or am I out over 300+ files on my server?

So far I haven't seen anything that would suggest it would come from the download system. What I was looking for to see if any extra data was added to any of the files but I haven't seen that occur.
Other possibilities if you transferred from server to another that might have caused issues depending on how the files were copied over.
