thanks. profile now seems to work. but could u please try using INTERNET explorer? mine here doesnt really work. this could be a bug or something,. i can try any further also beacause i ran out of FB or tWITTER ACCOUNT. DONT WORRY I WILL JUST DELETE ANY REG ACOUNT FROM u. thanks

by the way, is it ok or safe that my gigya.php file permission is 744? no problem?

OK, and lastly, still IE doesnt work at all. after registering my YM account thru IE, it did send an email/confirmation but the registered name could not be found in the forum itself.

How doesn't it work? What IE version?

I have tested with IE before with twitter it was ok.

when i set my gigya.php to 744, i receive this error:

The connection has timed out        

The server at www.mysite.com is taking too long to respond.

    
    *   The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few
          moments.

    *   If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network
          connection.

    *   If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure
          that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.

Some conflict maybe with the Social Pro Login? this error occured right since a

fter installing the said Mod. hope you could find some solution while i am still waiting for my host to reply my support ticket.

ok, my host fix the server error problem. it was an IP problem according to them. my site loads fine now. Your MOD works well now in Firefox but in IE 9 beta, not working. im uninstalling it and use IE8 instead. OPERA and SAFARI also not working. pls how to make this mod compatible to most of the commonly used browser

ok. in safari, after loggon in, it is suppose to redirect to the forum page but it appears only blank page with no error message at all. in opera, this is the error message: Please try again. If you come back to this error screen, report the error to an administrator.

Google chrome also has this same error message:

Can you check your forum's error log? For any errors that might found social login pro. I would like to see what error is

you mean forum error logs of MAINTENANCE in admin panel? no error logs but i think i mght have disabled that feature? where can we enable it? or does it really mean that there's no error in my forum but how cam only firefox works fine with the mod?

Yes

I think you can enable it under features and options.

Then try to login in again.
I think it is a database error and I want to see what line it happens on.
