I'm currently using Avea Media commercial ver
i'm thinking about switch to gallery pro for whatever reason i don't wanna mention
anyways

my questions are
does gellery pro support embed images? like image files from myspace, photobucket
(if so when adding embed images it won't download it and store in the server right? just to save server storage and bandwidth, excluding thumbnails)
and when adding embed images will it automatically generate thumbnails?

and also, is it possible to convert the stuff that are already in my avea media into gallery pro?

Does not currently supported embeded images such as the ones on photobucket thought about doing that but it would still require the file to downloaded and saved in other to generate thumbnails,medium sized images, watermarks etc.

We do have a converter for Avea media to Gallery pro though.

alright, i understand that it requires to download and store in server for auto generate thumbnails and preview
i was talking about if member wants the larger(original) size image, they will still be linked to for example the photobucket image

can u gimme a link to the converter? if i have to purchase it first to see just disregard this message

Emded image is something that I can look to add in future updates.

The converter requires SMF Gallery Pro so it is not public but if you order you can download it from

i will purchase the pro ver when this feature comes out

please add embed image convert in to the converter also if possible
