Bulk upload with Internet Explorer

Hello!
I'm using the "multiple file uploader for bulk uploads". When I use it in Firefox I push ctrl while clicking on Browse files. Then I can browse files on my hard drive. When I use Internet Explorer nothing happens when I click "Browse files". I have tried ctrl but the same page opens in a new window. Is there anything I can do to solve this problem?
