A few times though out the day I get errors like this in the error log.

I just started checking the IP address that go with them and they always seem to be from a search engine, such as google or yahoo.

Database Error: You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'ORDER BY c.id_comment DESC' at line

Line: 579

What are these errors from and should I do anything to try and fix them?

Thanks,

If you have phpmyadmin you can run it that way using the forum's database if not there is also a mod on the SMF modsite too.

Ok, uploaded the new file and now when I click on http://appliancejunk.com/forums/index.php?action=gallery;sa=view;id=446 I'm just taken to a page that says ...

An Error Has Occurred!
No picture selected.

and I take it that is not really a error and is what it should show me, because I then check my error log and it's empty. Smiley

Is that how it should be working now then?

I don't know how I would have got a old version as I recall I purchased SMF Gallery Pro just a few days ago and downloaded it from the link it gave me after purchasing it.

Make sure you enter your license key to gain the latest version.

yeah that's how it should be. The error occurred since the picture was deleted but was still indexed by search engines.

In admin it shows I'm running, SMF Gallery Lite    3.1.1

I was running the free SMG Gallery on SMF 1.1.14 and then after the upgrade to SMF 2.0 I had to reinstall mods and I'm sure I installed the SMF Gallery Pro that I purchased.

Anyway, should I uninstall what I'm running now (Gallery lite?) and then try to re install the latest?

thanks for the help,
