Try first to reset all permissions under Admin -> Packages -> Reset Options

It's a modified version the template i don't know if the problem is that.
Edit: the aplication work in the front office or only in the admin area, if only in the admin, the templates remains original.

There is no need for that, i only need this to work, i relauched the website, and i need to send some newsletter for all the registred users, thats why i bought Newsletter Pro. Please if possible i need to know how long you think it will take to resolve this problem, because if takes to much long so i can search and find another solution for this problem.

I can replace it will the old file if needed. What I think happened their is either some bad permissions or server configuration issue which is causing packages not to install correctly on the board. I would reset all permissions using the package manager then try a reinstall.
