Link to Member Galleries in their Profile and Post Headers

Moving through the member galleries to find a specific gallery is slow. Members would like a link in each member's profile to that member's gallery. Similarly, a link the left hand header for each post would be great.

Maybe this request is better suited for the SMF forum. I did look through a few pages of the mod requests but didn't see anything similar.
