Send pm to members when they post a new classified ad.

Is there an option for this. I've searched but have not found it, so I thought I would ask.

Want to have automated pm sent to the members that post a new classifieds ad thanking them for using the site and to link a, "helpful tips to success" page....I will create.

No built in pm for first time listing.

No, just the first posted ad. Kinda of a welcome message with tips. I've seen pm when registering but not really what I'm after.
