I can not see or edit photos

after transfer to a new server, I can not handle, and even upload photos!!!

each task, I receive message

Method Not Implemented

GET to /index.php not supported.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

can you please tell me what happens?

You might have mod_security installed first check out this post and see if you can disable it or contact your host to disable mod_security
