I'm running SMF Gallery Pro v3.0.25 on SMF 2.0.2

I (and my forum users) are having problems with the Bulk Upload feature.

Either we get the "Multiupload failed to load. An issue occured..." error or else the images appear to upload successfully, but then they're nowhere to be found in the gallery.

I'm using Google Chrome to upload, but others are using Safari and Mozilla.

Any help you could provide would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers.

Did it install without any errors? And did you upgrade from lite to pro?

Also check that you have a gallery\fupload\source folder and that it is not open.

If those things check out I would need a link to a gallery and an account with bulk upload privileges to check it out more in depth.

And did you upgrade from lite to pro? - YES

Also check that you have a gallery\fupload\source folder and that it is not open. - I have the folder, but what do you mean by "not open"? Are you talking about File Permissions? If so, they're currently set to 755.

Oops meant that if you have files in that source folder it should not be empty all files greater than zero bytes

Not empty, all files greater than zero bytes.

Is there anything I can do before giving you an access account to check? Otherwise, is there an address I can send the account info? (I'd rather not post that kind of info on a public forum).

Thanks in advance!
