I am getting 500 internal Server Error on the script http://www.rgonotsayz.com/forum/newscron.php and I did change the rights on that file I had thought to execute. Can you please help ?

That is normally due to permissions try either 755 or 777 if all fails then look at your apache server log for the cron file.

this is why i said i did that already... and it does not work outside the cron, didnt bother to put it there

You would have to check the server logs to see the exact issue. Normally found in the apache error.log file.
