Is it possible to change the layout of the store in an easy way?
Ex: listing the categories and the cart in a side column?

Not at the moment requires editing the Store.template.php it is a php based system with php echo calls to output the data.

Another question: Can I let people choose if the want to pay with an invoice or paypal?

Not planning at the moment to do. I could possibly customize it but would be extra.
