Hello, when I try to set a new download, and a link to "Upload URL" insert is converted to.

Are there problems with the character set, or what's going on?

Sorry forgot to say it did not I use the "Downloads System Pro"

Use the normal version.

Open the Sources/Downloads.php file
Find all instances of
