It would be a nice update to make the badges themselves clickable through to the full badge list.

It would be nice to have a user accessible master list of badges.

It would be nice if each badge had a possible extended description.  For example... what is a "combo"?

I see a small and large badge graphics in the mod itself.. but I am only seeing small badges everywhere.  How does one see the larger badges?

OK... so I "go live" and 5 minutes in I get this question:

I see how to view all my badges, is there a way to see the ones that are out there that haven't been claimed yet?

I was thinking just a master list... but yeah,  I could see how it could be cool to have a list of just the badges that each user has left to earn.  Is this possible?



EDIT #2:  Haha... guess what question #2 was (just posted)...

Is there a description as to what they mean? For example, what is Combination?

Yeah, I just unlocked "Level 4" and have no clue what that means.

What exactly is a "level"?  Etc?

OK... I see there is a description field... but none of the stock badges use it other than to repeat the name of the badge.

What constitutes a Level?  Why isn't that explained in the description?

What is "INVISIBLE" and how does one earn it?

What is "GROUP" and how does one earn it?

Etc... etc... etc...

Even "AVATAR"... should it not state "Add an Avatar to earn this badge." or something similar in the description field?  Or,  since there isn't a master list for users to see yet... perhaps past tense "You added an avatar to earn this badge." or something?

DOH... how does the DESCRIPTION field work?  I just changed the Avatar one to read "You uploaded or attached an avatar to earn this badge" and all that shows up on the list is the name... AVATAR.  Where does that description show up?  Also... where does one see the larger version of each badge?   I think I am missing some functionality perhaps?

Friz. I don't like the windows badge showing up for me on the post pages.  Can I choose which badges show up and what order?

There are a couple badges that I still have to work on adding support for
They are Invisible,Group,webmaster,poll starter, poll voter,never sleep


Will work on getting better descriptions for the badges


Level Badges is when you earn a certain number of badges
1 - number of badges for level 1
5 - number of badges for level 2
10 - number of badges for level 3
15 - number of badges for level 4
20 - number of badges for level 5
30 - number of badges for level 6
40 - number of badges for level 7
50 - number of badges for level 8

Combination earning five or more badges in one day.
Thinking about doing a master list to include badge descriptions and having hidden badges.

A master list would be nice... but one of my users suggested a dynamic list that showed what badged each user has left to earn... that would be the best case option IMHO.

Also,  the extended description should be viewable on the master list... so people know what each badge does.

Another suggestion from the userbase...

Include in the post area right below the badges something to the effect of: Total Badges: xx

An indicator of how many badges a user has instantly viewable would help out the concept of the mod greatly me thinks.

I've had two members complain that the badges system takes up too much vertical space on the left side... making single line posts much longer than before due to the whitespace forced by the inclusion of the badges...

Possible solution / Awesome way to display more badges:  Perhaps make it selectable to display badges in it's current space OR... below the signature ... it would look nice to have perhaps 10-12 badges display horizontally across the bottom of the posts.... opinions?

The INFO CENTER section needs a little help IMHO.  Currently there is a LOT of space between  "badge" to "username" info and then the date on the right side.

A few suggestions:

(1) Add the badge!  Why not include the badge to the left of the "badge" to "username" info?
(2) Include the description info to the right of the "badge" to "username" info.
(3) Change the current info to read: "Username" has earned the "badgename" badge! He is the ## person to earn this badge" (of course the ## is the number of that badge given out).

1. I could see adding the badge icon. Think probably will make a setting for it.
2. Description could get sort of long but I could add it if so will make it a setting.

I am quoting this request from my user from a while ago as this has become somewhat of a big deal with many of my members asking for this functionality... any chance this will make it in the next version?
