RSS feed poster not posting lastest feed

It posts the second to the last post from the site the feed is from. Where do i configure it to post the latest post from the site?...

Thanks. I's about the only bug i got left in my forums.... When i have a few extra $$$ I'll toss a donation your way... An activists forum needs news feeds. Thanks again for the great mod!
