Credit package system not working for user

I'm testing the credit system using Sandbox PayPal. It works fine for admin and for users up to a certain point. The Credit package is added to the user account but the user cannot use the credits gained to 'Add Auction' it only gives the option to Buy Credits/Order More Credits when it should be moving on to the 'add listing' page.

Is there something I'm missing in the settings?

First do you have a credit cost setup when you edit a category? Also do you have a listing cost as well?

Second what SMF version are you using?

SMF version 2.0.2

I have a classifieds section up and running now without the Credit System enabled. Someone has just placed and ad and paid for it, though it would be nice to include the credit pack option. 
If I try again and Enable Credit System, will it remove the ad that's already been placed?

!Fixed this bug in 2.0.13 issue was with listing costs and credits both enabled will have release posted tonight for this issue.
