Author Topic: Problem when creating new Category  (Read 1495 times)

When I create a new Category the system will pull random images from my own member gallery and populate it in the new Category upon creation. If I go in and delete the images from the new category the images will delete from the new category and also from my member gallery that it pulled the images from.

If I look at the image in the new category by using the Edit function the image details show that category is the location in my member gallery and not the new category where it is now appearing.

I am using the latest version of Gallery Pro 4.0.5 and SMF 2.0.2.

Couple questions:

Does this happen when ever you make a new category only a specific category?

Do you have a link to the category that is occurring on?


Now is this category a main category and not a member gallery category that the random picture is appearing in.?

Also when adding a picture are you adding to your member gallery first? And are you using the Copy item to another category feature

This problem has been resolved as of installing 4.0.8a.
