Monthly post count mod

I am new here, I joined because the best smf mods are made here.

Heres what I am looking to do,

I want to run a post to qualify contest. Where every member that makes 50 post for the month gets entered into a drawing for a prize.

The problem is... keeping track of the post. Is there a mod out the that allows you to keep track of members post withing a certain time period? I know the shop mod offers coins, a coin per post. Does anyone know if the day you install it will a member with 2000 post get 2000 coins?

Please help me, I want to do this contest, but cant think of a way to do it.

Will this badge system do what I need it to do? Will it search through all members that have a certain badge?

It would need to be customized to do that. Not sure if that would be the best fit.

What you need to do is do a query on messages table to get a total of messages posted within the time period and then broken down my member who is greater than 50 posts
