I've got the "show in posts" and "show total badges in posts" boxes checked, not sure why nobody can see anything. Any tips? Any info I could give that would help work out why this feature isn't working?

Ah, I just realised I am! Set to the default theme and it's all sorted. Thanks. Smiley

Thanks, but it's probably not overly necessary for now. All the users seem quite happy to stick with the regular theme.
