SMF Classfieds questions

I'm planning to purchase this within a couple of weeks. Just have some few questions before going with it.

1. Is it compatible with custom themes (SMF 2.0.2)?
2. Does it have an option that items are just purely for sale and not through bidding.

I guess those would be my questions for now.

1. Yes works with SMF 2.0.2
2. Yes have a listing option with no bidding, auctions with bidding, and options for listings with no pricing.
