SA Facebook Intergration Help

I have done everything right as instructed http://www.riverbluffaiken.net/forums/

but when I click on the facebook icon, I get it goes to facebook and gives this message "An error occurred. Please try again later."

What am I missing. I have a feeling it is on the Facebook app side. Can anyone help?
