SMF Links

Is this Possible?
Can I make a link that opens in it own presized window with no options but to read it and close the window?
In an html page I would do it something like this: <a href="http://mysite/flashchat.php" target="ChatWindow" onClick="window.open('','ChatWindow','height=320,width=600,toolbar=no,location=no,directories=no,status=no,menubar=no,scrollbars=no,resizable=no');">Camp Chat</a>

The pages that I am wanting to open are pages that I have made if there is some way to code them to open this way instead of in smf links that would work also.

after figuring out a way to do what I ask and trying several other things I have decided it would be best to open target="_self" instead of target="_blank" is there a way for me to do this in smf links?

You would need to edit Links.template.php best idea would do a find and replace.
