Hi, this post might see familiar to someof you because i have asked help in SMF Community forums already, but without result.

After few difficulties i managed to install SMF Gallery Lite to my forum. The administration panel shows in Packages section that it is installed but  i just cant find it. I also tried through the web browser by using  the direct address like: http://www.something.com/forum/Packages/Gallery.php and as a result i got  blank page with one sentence:"Hacking attempt..."

I changed my theme back to default theme and language to English, but nothing seem to help.

What should i do now  ?

Oh, one more thing, i tried to find an advice from some forum topics and found out that there has been few people with same problem BUT they have had a blank place in administration panel for Gallery. I mean they got blank line between Server settings and Current Theme. I don't have that blank place like most people does.  Roll Eyes

I have heard something about manual installation and some changes that is needed to do to php files. Are those changes needed even if i use the control panel of the forum for installation ?

http://www.smfhacks.com/smf-package-parser.html
And it will give you the manual install instructions

Thank 1 000 times for that advice. I was quite a fool when i thought that i shoudln't do any changes for those files.  Smiley

I changed the code manually and it worked!  Grin

EDIT: Hmm it managed to change dramatically my layout of forum. One more stupid question... is there any possibility to modify it in the way that i only get one more link for gallery to my link bar but the forum layout won't change ?

Or is it possibly to have normal looking lay out for those who dont have right to use gallery ?

P.s. I got SLFM theme
