Copy exif data in post

I have a setup in my gallery that make posting in some category and in a forum category at the same time, but I would like to know if is there a way to publish EXIF data under the link of the image, like in this example:

Neither if I do it editing the code?
The reason is that in my forum it is mandatory to publish EXIF data. It is a photography site

And yes, it would be an appreciated feature.
