Problems with Downloads Pro 3

I just installed Download Systems Pro 3.0.

When in Admin Center and I click on "Maintenance" I get the error "Unable to load the 'downloads_maintenance' template."

Also, when I'm on the Downloads page and click on "unviewed" I get the error "Unable to load the 'unviewed' template."

Make sure you do not have downloads.template.php in your custom themes folder. It should only be found in the themes/default folder.

Maybe you can help with another strange problem...

When uploading a file, a message comes up saying,  "waiting for a response from temp folder" and then after a short while, says, "temp folder seems to be not valid." But the file uploads fine otherwise. I had been using version 2.0.6, with no problems, and then recently began to get those messages. Upgrading to 3.0 didn't solve the problem as I had hoped. Do you have any idea what's going on?

Disable the progress bar under Downloads Configuration -> Settings doesn't like your hosting company supports it.
