A long shot, but what about the ability to allow a membergroup to set up their own shop within the main shop.

They can add items as normal, set up their own payments but a percentage would go directly to the forum owner.

I know... a real long shot...

There is the user store permission in category level/membergroup level.
That allows users to add items to a category that has the user store permission.

The only part we don't have is the % since that is hard to do with paypal
