check boxes not working in store?

I have check boxes for the different sizes of clothing and caps I sell in my forum store. When a box is selected it is not showing me that info when the purchase is completed? Is there a fix? Anyone else have this issue?

After fooling around in 'store admin' I noticed the check boxes are working when I pull up transactions and look to see what was selected in my store. But is there a way for it to show up in the order when I get a prompt from paypal what size the buyer selected?

 It would be nice if that were the case, but at least I know I can go into admin and find out what size they request rather than send them each a email asking for the info.

The store was setup to keep all custom profile fields and information inside the store area instead of PayPal.
Mainly due to paypal only allows two custom fields on an item and with limited options.
