Search string in URL

Is it possible to have the search string inside the URL to share the search results ?

At the moment there is only

index.php?action=gallery;sa=search2

It works if there are keywords like

index.php?action=gallery;sa=search2;key=xyz

Yes you can do that

index.php?action=gallery;sa=search2;searchtitle=1&searchdescription=1&searchfor=search+string+here

Is it possible to show this also inside the Url after you hit send like you see on google where you can copy + paste the Url ?

Its complicated to say to my users - just post your query like  index.php?action=gallery;sa=search2;searchtitle=1&searchdescription=1&searchfor=search+string+here

No. it's not good form to show it normally as it creates urls for search engines to index.
