social share icons on all posts and topics

Hi SMFHacks.

Is there a mod available to add social share icons to all existing posts on a forum? My forum has 28,000 posts right now but interest and posts have been declining for some time so I wonder if I can get some people back by offering a social share to members...

If it works for SMF 2.0.x then it should work for SMF 2.0.10
