Copyright Removal Key Fail - EzPortal

[HDB]

Yesterday I purchased two copyright removal keys here on SMFHacks. One was for the Ad Management Mod. That key worked.

The other copyright removal key that I purchased was for EzPortal. It did not work.

I purchased the EzPortal key here on SMFHacks but I posted a thread requesting support on your EzPortal site. Link to thread on EzPortal...

Since I purchased both keys on SMFHacks I thought maybe my posting it on EzPortal might not be the proper place to now ask for support. Maybe the right place to ask for support is where they were purchased, here on SMFHacks.

Being the weekend I don't expect immediate action but I wanted to make sure it was noted and assistance could be given when it becomes available. No rush.

BTW I am interested in the SMF Gallery Pro copyright removal key as well. I will add that one now. Hopefully it works.

Just ordered the Gallery Pro copyright removal and that is not working.

It saves the key on the settings page but does not remove the "Powered by SMF Gallery Pro".

BTW, it is slightly different with the EzPortal settings page. On that copyright removal page it  does not save the key in the key window. When I hit save on the EzPortal admin settings page it takes me back to the top level Admin Page.

Good news.

I reinserted the SMF Gallery Pro key and it now works.

The EzPortal is still not working.

No that did not work.

It still jumps to the main Admin page when saving this new key like before. Going back to the settings page for EzPortal shows an empty "key window". The other keys for SMF Gallery Pro and Ad Management (which both work) show saved keys in their respective "key windows" on their respective setting pages.

What happens now when you reenter the key?

The key saves in the key window now but it still shows the Powered by EzPortal.

I used the last key you gave me.

As it looks right now the 3 copyright removals licenses I recently purchased need to be changed to an https version of my domain. Yesterday I went to a SSL certificate on my forum. Since having done that all three copyright licenses are not being recognized on the https verison of the domain.

Ad management Mod
SMF Gallery Pro
