Enotify Issue

Hello, do not know if this is the correct place to post my issue or even if anyone here can help. My problem is I had enotify installed and uninstalled for a new theme, when I installed it after the theme change I find I have 2 copy rights at the bottom of the page and when i go to the admin page I get a PHP error white screen.

I'm really not sure how to fix this error and i'm willing to give a staff member here access to assist me in correcting this issue.

After uninstall Enotify is still in my mods on the admin panel and the copy right still showing at the bottom of the page.

Thank you in advance for any help with this issue, I really do like the mod and it seems worth it to purchace the pro mod. I already purchaces the pro shoutbox and we love it.

Upload the mod to http://www.smfhacks.com/smf-package-parser.html
And manually uninstall using the edits there is.

There is no pro version of no mod only copyright removal option.
