why do some bids have to be approved

I had auto accept off and still they closed early

yes manually accept all bids. If auction ends then bid is accepted or if buy it now

I have to manually accept all bids or the auction wont increment up?
So im supposed to sit watching the auction 24/7?

No it should auto go up on each bid.
If you accept the bid it ends auctions I believe.

If no bid is accepted when the auction closes then the highest bid is accepted.

I need the system to be more integrated with smf as many users confused, or dont see them as they use tapatalk

another issue. regular members cant bid
i try to add permission rule it says exists already
no group for regular members shows.
i assume need to drop tables, but which ones
there are three stating -1 for id group
