When user have permission for own galerie but dont have permission to admin galerie system, this links appear in his gallery under pictures:

 [UnApprove] [Edit] [Delete]

but it should only apear:  [Edit] [Delete]

or user get an error message if he click [UnApprove] , he dont need this link and therfore we saved one error message displayed to the user...

The user should not see that link.
That is only shown for users who have the Admin Gallery permission.

yes agre...should only seen with admin permission....but in my gallery...user see that link without admin permission...

when they click they receive error message: "You are not allowed to manage gallery."

So, security works, but link must not een shown to user (in my case)

I am not seeing how that is possible on the view picture page? On what page is that?

in each subcategory if pictures inside.... under each picture thumbnail this link apears
