Uploading content to a 3rd party server

I would like to eventually use Amazon when content is uploaded to the downloads section. How would I go about doing this? In other words, I'd like content to be stored in another server.

You would have to write code to do so or find a class if it is amazon s3 would take sometime to do....

Nice, so it is possible.

Do you recommend I write it myself or is it too complicated to do for someone with intermediate skills?
