Enotify Copyright Removal Problem

I just purchased the Enotify Copyright Removal key, and there is nowhere in my Modification Settings to put the Copyright removal key code which was sent to me.
Can someone tell me how to apply the key?

To remove open sources/querystring.php find and remove

Brilliant...Thanks..That's it gone now.

While I'm here. Can the colour of the pop up be changed from black to any other colour, and if so, what file contains the colour code for changing.
