Disable "Notify me of Comments feature"

Hi there,

Is there any way to disable the "Notify me of comments" feature globally in the Settings menu regardless of whether the tick box is enabled or not for an individual download?

If not, can this be ability be added to the settings menu? Or accomplished any other way?

Whereabouts is this option in the Setup menu? As I cannot seem to find it after updating to the new version.

Please redownload the mod, missed the interface area. It is found in the settings page for the downloads in the admin area.
